Please excuse my inexperience.
I have inherited a pair of well-used (one could say "abused") OA14 speakers.
My first question is, how does one connect speaker wire to these? there seems to be a clip on the underside but maybe I am missing a connector.
can these be purchased?
many thanks
Peter

Re: oa14 connector
Hi!
The connectors used are so called DIN-connectors.
You need a female DIN connector.
Look at the manual that can be downloaded from the download section of the main page.
http://www.carlssonplanet.com/downloads ... ct=viewall
To get a good look at the connector look at:
www.elfa.se then search for "42-082-78".
These can be found at many places around the world.
Look for better audio component resellers, Electronics companies, if hard to find where you live try a company servicing Bang & Olofsen.
Just see to that the diameter is not to big.
If you prefer to you can hange them to banana type connectors, the small round plug is "positive", the flat is negative.
Good luck
Best regards
Martin
